📖Dex Books
Dex Books is a complete book creation and reading system for RedM, built with full VORP integration. It allows authorized jobs to create, manage, and publish interactive books composed of image-based pages, which can then be bound to physical in-game items.
Each book becomes fully self-contained when bound, storing its pages directly in item metadata—ensuring books remain readable by any player, even if the original configuration is deleted or the creator is offline. Books support durability and limited uses, consuming condition on each read until worn out.
The system features a compact UI, page-by-page navigation, per-player config management, job-restricted creation commands, and unrestricted item usage. It includes secure server-side validation, max-page limits, offline-safe logic, localized notifications, and full locale support for both UI and gameplay messages.
Dex Books is designed to be lightweight, multiplayer-safe, and highly configurable, making it ideal for manuals, journals, bibles, catalogs, contracts, or any lore-driven written content in RedM servers. This resource uses Turn.js by Emmanuel Garcia Licensed for non-commercial use
