Dex Banking is a complete and customizable banking system for RedM with full VORP integration. It features multi-bank support, unique balances per location, gold handling, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, personal vaults, and progressive tax logic.

Players can only access accounts if they're not frozen or if they hold a unique, player-bound bank card (optional).

All fees (creation, transfer, maintenance) are automatically sent to a secure Central Treasury, visible and withdrawable via a job audit menu.

Includes offline-safe monthly fees, smart end-of-month checks, total/global balance views, dynamic menu closing by proximity, Discord webhook logs, and a clean config with full locale support.
